Does Nexusguard provide a SLA?
Nexusguard aims for 100% availability. Our ClearDDoS service follows a pre-defined SLA (Service Level Agreement) in which the following parameters are specified:
-Meantime to respond to a request
-Meantime to update the latest status
-Meantime to incident resolution
The amount of time for each parameter is determined by clearly defined priorities for each incident, request or feedback. Classified by the urgency of each case, we do our best to ensure that service impacts are kept to the minimum.
