What is the Cache Hit Rate and how can I calculate it?

“Cache Hit Rate” shows the ratio of HTTP requests served from the Cache based on legitimate traffic. “Cache Hits” refers to the accumulated number of requests served by caches for the day (00:00:00-23:59:59 GMT+0). A higher hit rate indicates that a large portion of requests have been served in cloud leveraging our global CDN for lower latency without passing through the customer’s backend.

The formula: Cache Hit Rate = Cache Hits/Legitimated Traffic.
